These Terms & Conditions are intended to form part of the legal framework for DEVORAQ. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and any feature-specific rules published by the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DEVORAQ website, dashboard, DApp, services or related interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference.
2. About DEVORAQ and DVQ
DEVORAQ is intended to operate as a digital utility and real-world business ecosystem. DVQ is intended as a utility token within the DEVORAQ ecosystem. Holding DVQ does not, by itself, provide ownership in any company, business, immovable property or other asset.
3. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DEVORAQ and DVQ is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Access may be restricted where required by law, regulation, sanctions or platform policy.
4. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, device, credentials and recovery information. DEVORAQ support staff should never request your seed phrase or private key.
5. Staking and Rewards
Staking features, reward calculations, qualification criteria and related benefits are subject to the applicable smart contracts, published rules and available reward pools. No statement on the platform should be understood as a guarantee of profit, fixed return or future token value.
6. Referral and Network Features
Referral, sponsor and level-based features, if enabled, are intended to operate according to published qualification rules. Rewards must arise from valid platform activity and are not guaranteed merely by recruiting or introducing users.
7. Token Supply and Smart Contracts
DVQ is designed with a fixed maximum supply of 100,000,000 tokens. Smart contract functionality, allocation, vesting, staking and treasury operations may be governed by separate contracts, wallets or administrative controls.
8. Fees, Gas and Third-Party Costs
You may incur blockchain gas fees, wallet fees, exchange fees, payment-provider charges or other third-party costs. Such charges may change and are generally outside DEVORAQ's direct control.
9. Third-Party Services
DEVORAQ may interact with wallets, blockchains, exchanges, payment providers, identity providers or other external services. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability conditions and risks.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use DEVORAQ for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, market manipulation, unlawful fundraising, abusive conduct, infringement of rights or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
11. KYC, Compliance and Monitoring
Where required, DEVORAQ may request identity or compliance information, restrict access, review activity, delay or reject certain actions, or cooperate with lawful authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations and platform policies.
12. Availability and Changes
The website, DApp, smart contracts, features, content or services may be updated, suspended, replaced or discontinued. Maintenance, blockchain congestion, third-party failures or security events may affect availability.
13. No Investment Advice
Information provided through DEVORAQ is for general informational and platform-use purposes only and should not be treated as investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
14. Risk Acknowledgement
Digital assets, smart contracts and blockchain-based services involve significant risks, including technical failures, regulatory change, token-price volatility, loss of access, cyber incidents and market liquidity risk.
15. Intellectual Property
DEVORAQ names, logos, interface elements, written materials and other brand assets may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized copying, misuse or impersonation may be restricted.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss may be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users may be responsible for losses arising from unlawful use, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights or misuse of the platform.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism should be finalized in the production version after the operating entity, legal structure and place of business are confirmed.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes should be published with an updated effective date, and continued use after such changes may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
20. Contact
Official legal, support and grievance contact details should be inserted only after the responsible entity and verified contact channels are formally finalized.
