This disclaimer is intended to help users understand material risks before using DEVORAQ-related services. It does not replace independent legal, financial, technical or tax advice.
1. General Risk Warning
DEVORAQ, DVQ and blockchain-based services involve significant financial, technical, operational and regulatory risks. Users should participate only after understanding these risks and should not rely on the platform as a source of guaranteed profit or capital protection.
2. No Guaranteed Returns
No staking feature, referral feature, reward mechanism, business initiative, token allocation or ecosystem activity should be interpreted as a promise of fixed income, assured return, guaranteed appreciation or guaranteed recovery of value.
3. Token Price Volatility
DVQ may experience substantial price volatility. Market value can rise or fall rapidly and may be affected by liquidity, demand, market conditions, regulation, exchange availability, sentiment and broader digital-asset conditions.
4. Liquidity Risk
There may be limited liquidity for DVQ. Users may be unable to buy, sell or exchange DVQ at a desired price or time. Large transactions can cause significant slippage or price impact where liquidity is limited.
5. Smart Contract Risk
Smart contracts may contain bugs, design defects, integration errors, dependency risks or unforeseen vulnerabilities. Audits and testing can reduce risk but cannot eliminate every possible technical failure.
6. Blockchain and Network Risk
BNB Smart Chain and related infrastructure may experience congestion, outages, validator issues, protocol changes, forks, reorganization, transaction delays or other network-level events outside DEVORAQ's control.
7. Wallet and Key Security
Loss, theft or compromise of wallet credentials, private keys or seed phrases can result in permanent loss of access to digital assets. Users are responsible for securing self-custody wallets and should never disclose recovery secrets.
8. Staking Risk
Staking may involve lock periods, delayed access, contract restrictions, reward-pool limitations, smart-contract risk and changes in eligibility rules where permitted by the governing contracts and policies. Reward availability is not guaranteed.
9. Referral and Network Risk
Referral or level-based features may depend on qualification criteria, valid staking activity, active members and available reward funding. Users should not assume that recruiting others automatically creates income or that future rewards will continue indefinitely.
10. Regulatory and Legal Risk
Digital-asset laws, taxation, advertising rules, KYC/AML requirements, securities regulation and other legal obligations may change. Regulatory action can affect availability, utility, transferability or operation of DEVORAQ and DVQ.
11. Tax Risk
Digital-asset transactions may create tax liabilities or reporting obligations. Tax treatment can depend on jurisdiction, transaction type and user circumstances. Users should obtain independent tax advice where appropriate.
12. Third-Party Risk
Wallets, exchanges, payment providers, bridges, identity providers, hosting services and other third parties may fail, suspend service, change terms, suffer security incidents or become unavailable. DEVORAQ may not control these risks.
13. Business and Execution Risk
Plans relating to real-world businesses, merchant adoption, technology development, partnerships, integrations or future products may be delayed, changed or not completed. Roadmaps and business plans are targets, not guarantees.
14. No Ownership Rights in Businesses or Property
Holding DVQ does not, by itself, provide equity, partnership rights, voting rights in a company, title to land, ownership in a business, entitlement to real-world property or a guaranteed share of business profit.
15. Cybersecurity Risk
Phishing, malware, social engineering, fake websites, impersonation, compromised devices and malicious wallet approvals can cause loss. Users should verify domains, contracts and wallet prompts before taking action.
16. Information Risk
Website content, dashboards, analytics, token prices, blockchain indexing and account information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Users should verify critical on-chain information through appropriate blockchain sources.
17. Force Majeure and External Events
Natural disasters, war, government action, internet disruption, infrastructure failure, market shutdowns or other events beyond reasonable control may disrupt services or affect digital assets.
18. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own decisions, wallet security, legal compliance and independent assessment of risk. Users should not commit funds they cannot afford to lose.
19. Independent Advice
Nothing on DEVORAQ should be treated as personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Users should consult qualified independent professionals before making significant decisions.
20. Changes to This Disclaimer
This Risk Disclaimer may be updated as DEVORAQ's technology, legal structure, smart contracts, business model or regulatory environment changes. Material updates should be published with an updated effective date.
